Will I need to stay near a bathroom while cleansing?
No. We don’t use stimulant laxative herbs in the formula, so the protocol isn’t intended to create sudden urgency. Instead, we encourage hydration and a whole-food, fiber-rich diet to help support comfortable, regular elimination as you cleanse.
