Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and recognized holidays. Processing times reflect the care and attention given to each order. We kindly request that customers allow the full processing period to pass before submitting inquiries regarding shipment status.
International Shipping
International orders are dispatched via USPS First Class International, with USPS Priority International available upon request. Once a shipment has been released to the carrier, responsibility for delays related to customs clearance, inspections, or associated duties and taxes rests with the recipient. The Garden Cure Company is not liable for additional fees imposed by the destination country or for delays beyond our control.
Returns
Due to the small-batch nature of our herbal wellness products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. This policy allows us to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity for every customer. We sincerely appreciate your understanding. Your experience matters to us, and we take great care in preparing and packaging each order with intention and attention to detail.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is not as described, we are happy to support you. To ensure we can assist you as efficiently as possible, please review the guidelines below:
- Contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging, along with a brief description of the issue
- Provide proof of purchase, including your order number or confirmation email
