Returns and Refund

At The Garden Cure Company, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our small-batch, ingestible, and made to order herbal formulations, returns are generally not accepted and refunds will not be issued, unless a product is damaged or a shipping error has occurred. As a small business, we rely on transparency and integrity. For this reason, it is the customer’s responsibility to review product information carefully and make informed purchasing decisions. We provide detailed and accurate product descriptions on each product page to support this process. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. Once a product has been opened, used, tampered with, heated, or ingested, it cannot be accepted for return, exchange, or credit under any circumstance.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders canceled before leaving our facility are eligible for a full refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or includes the wrong product(s), please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at the following email:

Include in your email:

  • Clear photos of all products received (labels visible)

  • Photos of the original packaging (inside and out)

  • Your full name

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

⚠️ Requests made more than 5 calendar days after delivery are not eligible for reshipment, exchange, or credit.

Returns

If a return is warranted and approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging whenever possible.

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

 

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund has been approved but not received:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take several business days.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request a replacement, email support@thegardencurecompany.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
