Refunds & Return Policy – The Garden Cure Company
At The Garden Cure Company, all sales are final. Returns are generally not accepted, and refunds will not be issued.
Because of our strict policy, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your products and labels before opening, tampering with, heating, or ingesting. Once a product has been opened or used in any way, we cannot accept it for return, exchange, or credit.
Order Cancellations
If an order is canceled prior to leaving our facility, a full refund will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or includes the wrong product(s), please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Please include the following in your email:
-Clear photos of all products received, with labels fully visible
-Photos of the original packaging, inside and out
-Full name
-Order number
-A brief description of the issue
Requests received after 5 calendar days from delivery are not eligible for reship, exchange, or credit.
Returns (If Approved)
If a return is warranted and approved, we will email you a return shipping label. Items must be returned in their original packaging, if possible.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds. Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
1. Double-check your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company (it may take a few business days).
3. Contact your bank (processing times can vary).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for a damaged item, please email us at support@thegardencurecompany.com .
