How to Take:
- One serving is the amount drawn into the dropper when the bulb is squeezed and released once.
- If you are someone who is generally sensitive to new supplements it is recommended to take 1/2 of a serving in the evening for the first 3 days (dropper will fill up about 1/4 of the total dropper).
- After that, increase to 1 serving (dropper will fill up about 1/2 way) in the evening until your cleanse is complete.
- If desired, one can increase the dosage to a serving in the morning and afternoon as well for a more intensive cleanse.
- Servings should be diluted in purified water/juice and taken on an empty stomach (at least 3 hours after your last meal).
- If detox side effects emerge, stop taking the formula for 3-4 days, then restart the formula at 5 drops per day, and increase dosage until at a full dose.
- Formula can be taken as a part of a 60 day cleanse, or at a small preventative dose daily as part of a gut health nutritional supplement protocol.

- Limit wheat, dairy, alcohol, and gluten. These foods are known to feed parasites.
